It takes some courage to lay a goal out there online. Jason "kaka" Khalipa saw my post yesterday and said he's going to follow the WOD's but change his diet to loose bodyfat and get "shredded". Knowing Jason, there's no doubt in my mind he'll do this. This means for the next month Jason and I have commited to working out exactly the same and are expecting to get different results based on food intake alone....hmmmm, possible? I think so. We shall see. I will post bodyfat and weight for each of us tomorrow.
