Jason Luk bottomed out for his 1st attempt at 170#. Looks great, he barley missed this one, but got it clean on his next attempt. Everyone lookout for Jason...I see a fire breathing athlete being born here.
Smita got 90# and stuck around after class with 100# in her sights. I had to run upstairs, so I missed if she got it, but I know she gave it her all. I love to see extra effort from you guys, it motivates me.

There's a door down the hallway. From the CrossFit door, out that door, around the building behind us, back to the crossfit door is 420m.
