We can measure how much work(power output) you are exserting when you do a workout. The equation is P=F x D/T(Force x Distance / Time). With this simple equation you can compare any workout you do to measure it's intensity. Just answer 3 simple questions, then do the math:
1) How much weight are you moving? 2) How far are you moving it? 3) How long does it take?
There are 3 ways to increase power output:
1) Do it faster. 2) Move more weight. 3) Move it further.
Increase intensity and reap the health & fitness rewards!
