It's going to happen if you train hard. Torn calluses are a part of CrossFit. A sure way to get one is to use a ton of chalk, then do a ton of kipping pull-ups. Advice: 1. For pull-ups you want good grip but a little give, use less chalk and you will have less torn calluses. 2. Use a callus shaver or pumice stone to remove dead skin.

Greg does 16 rounds in 10 minutes can you do more than 16 in 20 minutes????

Tans and white teeth can be faked... you can't fake hard work, it shows in the calluses.
