Our first week of classes is in the history books. We were hit with a large dose of met-con(metabolic conditioning) workouts. Everyone did great! Here's a must read, CrossFit Programming, for all of you. It's very important to understand what you are doing and why. We covered "What is CrossFit?" and "What is Fitness?" This articile covers the method to the madness and how it's prescribed. Known in the CrossFit community as "The Art CrossFit".

I suck at the "kip up" but I vow to practice it and learn it. I've seen some of stick around after class to practice your weaknesses(Good Stuff, keep it up)

Front Squats suck... especially using a chamber bar. Got it done though!
