Vito(aka V-daddy) and Jason(aka kaka) during "joshie". Kaka finished in 32:09 and V-daddy wasn't far behind.
A note about today's classes: A few of you brought up how hard these basic movements are to master. They are complex movements with a lot of cues to remember. My advice to all of you is master one cue and then move to the next and so on. If you try to remember and master 8 things about a movement chances for "body confusion" are extremely high. These movements take time to learn. Keep practicing, as they will do wonders for your overall health.
