This is Josh Johnson, a 15 year old stud CrossFit athlete. He weighs 147#, deadlifts 345# and cleans 195#! He trains at One World and was able to attend the Olympic lifting seminar, where he was dubbed "School Boy" by coach Burgener. I think the name's going to stick Josh. Towards the end of the weekend he came over to me and said, "This is like the funnest weekend ever." I love to hear to that stuff. Josh, keep up the hard work and just imangine what you will turn into in a couple of years..... a CrossFit games champion!!
