Coached CrossFit WOD - A coach will start this class with a dynamic warm up to get the joints, and muscles ready to perform the task at hand. Prior to starting the WOD(workout of the day), the coach will cover efficient and effective technique guidelines as well as range of motion standards. You will then engage in group awesomeness!! Seriously....
Beginner WOD-
This where you start. Come to these classes until the coaches think you are ready to move on. For most people it will be about a month.
